Workshop on the production of charcoal

A workshop on the production of charcoal has four piroliz stoves in its composition.

Volume of stoves №1 and №3 makes up 25 cubic meters, volume of stoves №2 and №4 makes up 20 cubic meters.    

Waste of hard breeds of wood is used as raw material. Using of waste of fruit trees is also possible.

Stoves are equipped with the sensors of control of temperature condition.  The horizontal downloading of raw material is used and it is possible to overhead finishing loading these stoves subsequently.  

The applied options enable the use of wood with the sizes of wide spectrum.

In the technological process of production of charcoal no additional energy sources are used except for energy, got as a result of combustion of wood.    Warming and exposure of raw material at the process of piroliz takes a place at a temperature 500-600 degrees Celsius.   

A charcoal, got in the process of production, conforms to the State certification standard 7657-84 brand A.      
A minimum temperature of spontaneous combustion is 340 degrees Celsius. Lower concentration limit of self-ignition of the charcoal dust is 128 g/cubic meters.

At sending to the user a charcoal is stabilized for prevention of self-ignition.
At first 2008 four stoves of new generation are put into an operation, volume of each makes 25 cubes. The got charcoal in these stoves is made according to TT U 24.1-32692239-001: 2006.  

A producible charcoal on new technology has the more best physical and chemical indexes.

Duration of burning of this charcoal was increased on 30 percents.

 

Since May 2013 we have launched a production of charcoal carburizer

Charcoal carburizer is charcoal grains, film-coated with barium carbonate. This is high-carbon product produced through reaction of high temperatures on wood without the action of oxygen.

Designed for carburizing (carburized surface of steel) of steel parts, improvement of hardness and wear resistance, prevention of casting oxidation during cooling. It’s used in the forges for activation and in the manufacture of synthetic iron.

Carburizer is used for precise doping metal by carbon in a vacuum to adjust the chemical composition of metal in the range of 0.02-0.2%. The greatest effect is obtained by doping in the installation of a circular steel degassing. The appliance of charcoal carburizer in the circulation degasser instead of traditional materials can increase the degree of assimilation of carbon from 60-80% to 93-97%, and provides high quality particularly sensitive steel cord to the nature of non-metallic inclusions.

Remember the dust clouds are fire hazard and poisonous (toxic barium carbonate, the third class of danger) when using carburizer, so you should observe the safety precautions and procedures.

Application

Charcoal carburizer is designed for carburizing steel parts and looks like charcoal  grains film-coated with barium carbonate.

Safety requirements

As for degree of impact on the body charcoal carburizer relates to third class of danger. Dust formed during the production and using of carburizer is fire hazard.

In agreement with the consumer packaging carburizer in plastic bags.
